check in time

We have been given a check in time of 1.15, how ridgedly does this have to be observed? Any idea about the normal latest check in ie could we do 2.30 Sail away is scheduled for 5pm I believe.

We have our boarding passes and this is taken from the EMBARKATION PROCEDURES

 

Embarkation begins at Check−in time indicated on your cruise ticket.

Check−in closes one hour thirty before the ship is due to depart, except for American ports where check−in closes two hours before the scheduled departure time.
