Dune Buggies, Horseback Riding, Submarine?? or Mr. Sanchos

My husband and I are leaving Saturday for our cruise. We have our excursions booked for Roatan and Belize but not Cozumel. We want to do something adventurous. I want to do Horseback Riding and thought he would like dune buggies or the submarine. Any other suggestions or recommendations? What about recommendations for dune buggy or horseback riding places?

I also read about Mr. Sanchos and they have atv and horseback riding there. Has anyone done that? Thanks!! :)

Dune Buggies and X-rails are really fun and adventurous. We really liked the personal Mini-subs (underwater scooters) too. This time around we might do sea-trek which is similar to the mini-subs only you walk instead of ride.
