RCI App for Quantum Class ships

Will be sailing on Anthem soon, where do I get the RCI tablet APP,

 

I'm on Android and cannot find it in the play store.

 

we also have an ipad so could use it not available on Android

It's called Royal IQ - I downloaded to Android phones and used on Quantum without problem.

The App can only be used once you are on the ship. I don't even know if it's available for Anthem yet.

I have an Android phone and an iPad…I was able to use it on both with no problems.

 

Just google Royal IQ app from the device you wish to use it from and download it.

 

It does no work until you are on the ship. I believe it only works on Royal Wifi.

While on the ship, you can use the Royal IQ app to leave message for your friends on board. (free)

 

Sending/ checking emails require paying their internet fees.

This app is not compatible with an android device that is not a phone.

It will not install on my Samsung table since it only has wifi not a phone sim

very disappointed as my phone is a windows phone which is also not compatible

I have a Samsung phone and had no problem using the app.

 

You do not need to purchase Wi-Fi to use the app, but you must register account numbers of other guest on the ship to send them text.

 

We also purchased the Wi-Fi package for my iPad. With our Platinum 15% discount we paid $102 for 8 night cruise. I only used it to check emails and it was great.

 

Enjoy your cruise, we just came off her on Saturday and had a great time!

 

All reservations showed up on the app.

As I said my Samsung Tab S is wifi only it does not have a 3G/4G sim.

 

the App recognises that and will not install

 

My wifes Ipad Mini does have a data sim so hopefully we can use that, since both our phones are windows phones and there is no app available for windows phones

We have installed the app on wifi only ipads with no issues.
