Does anyone know specifically what is in the gym on Carnival Paradise?

 

Going on a cruise at the end of April and am an avid CrossFitter and wanted to get an idea of what kind of routines I could bring to use.

I remember seeing elipticals, treadmills, and bikes. We were only walking thru so I didn't pay close attention.

There are also some weight machines. Can't remember if there are any free weights.

There are machines, dumbells, elliptical, treadmills, rowing machine, a cable machine, no barbells, squat rack, battle ropes or any thing of that nature. Still a pretty good gym given the size of the ship. Used it everyday back in july 2014.
