Cabo Dive Recommendations?

I see tons of posts about the Caribbean, and have been all over the place there, but does anyone know of any good independent ops that are near cruise tender port in Cabo? I'm taking a last minute trip (invited by friends) and Princess has NO dive excursions, just snorkeling. Would it be worth it to take my gear and find an independent operator or should I skip it and snorkel?

We just dove with Nauitilus Dive in Cabo San Lucas a week ago. Casey, the owner was great to work with. We had a very short port call on April 2nd. We were only in CSL from 7:00 am to 1:30 pm. Casey had one of his representatives meet us at the tender pier at 7:15. He was on time and easy to find. From there we went off to the boat ramp to meet the dive boat and we had time to get two tanks in and back to the ship by a little after 12:00.

No cattle call on this trip. Three divers and a guide. Saw sharks, seahorses......good trip.
