You can sign yourself up. Just click on the "Register for a Meet & Mingle" in the upper right on this page.

On the NOS last year, it was held in a cordoned off section of the Viking lounge. They were only letting in those that had invites. The rest of the lounge was still open to other passengers.

 

When you sign up you can add all those that are in your reservation to the invitation list.
