I was wondering if Carnival offers any type of deals or specials during your cruise onboard the ship for massages?

Yes! On Port days they always have specials.

They will have a few specials throughout the cruise, but the best prices are the port day specials. I'm not really big into massages, but my mom always chooses a port day massage, especially if it's St. Thomas or the Bahamas (been to both of those sooo many times).
