Info on Harwich Taxis or Red Hat Travel or other taxi services?

Has anyone used either Harwich Taxis or Red Hat Travel? Please advise if you liked them or not. Any info that you can share would be great. If you had a good experience from another taxi company for travel to/from either Heathrow or Gatwick and the ports or to London, I would love to hear about it as well.

What's the best way to pay for a hire ride from the airport to Harwich? Is it best to exchange money at Heathrow or use a charge? Thanks.
