No, maybe the sushi place only.

There aren't a lot of people on board during the day due to cruise being so port intensive. One of the main dining rooms will be open as well as Cadillac diner.

 

And the buffet of course. Look for the Aloha Lanai which has outdoor seating, canopy shaded, nice comfy couches and chairs. Great place for sailaways, or to carry your plate from the buffet and eat in the fresh air away from the crowds. It is adjacent to Moderno and they set up a full breakfast buffet in there every am.
