Cash Free Signature Card

I'm cruising for the first time soon and am currently looking over the tour docs. My children (three teens) have their own cabin but their shipboard accounts are on my credit card. Whose signature do they want on the cash free signature card that came with their individual tickets? It looks like it wants the credit card holder's signature, which would be me, but there are a number of spaces for authorized signatures. Do my kids sign their names there? Thanks

We didn't sign ours until we were "checking in".
