Question About ES OBC Request Denial..

We are booked on the Breeze December 5, 2015, in an Interior Spa, Early Saver.
Last night while doing a mock booking I see a "Mothers Day Spa" sale.
You receive $50 OBC per person, up to $100.
There are two of us booked in the cabin, so $100.
It's for spa cabins on the Breeze, Dream, Magic and Sunshine through December 2015.

I submit my form and get a return adding $50 OBC to my account.
I already had $50 OBC from another promotion so now it is showing $100 total.
Confused as to why I only got the $50 instead of the $100 I submit another form, explaining in the "comment" section.
A few minutes later I get a denial email from Carnival saying "we cannot approve your price request because one or more requirements have not been met."

Should I let it go or call?
Anyone else had this happen?

Thanks in advance. :)
