Pearl Harbor

I have tried every day for the last month to get advanced tickets to Pearl Harbor, as recommended by many CC posts. It tells me there are no reservations. Am I doing something wrong? I've seen posts where people have gotten them two or more months in advance. HELP! This is my mom's only "must do" and I don't want to have her stand in line for hours. Thanks!

It looks like they get booked up well in advance, however, there are still two options for getting tickets, per the website:

Remember: If you get a no reservations available message.

1. 1,300 Walk-In tickets are available daily on a first come first served basis at the Park Visitor Center.

2. Each day at 7:00 am on-line ticket inventory is released for the next day.

If you can check the website the day before you want to go, you might have a good chance of getting tickets, as they release extra tickets at 7 a.m. the day prior. For tomorrow there are quite a few tickets at 1 and 2 p.m. and then nothing until July 1st (other than what they'll be releasing each day for the following day.)

If you don't get tickets the day prior, hopefully you'll be able to go first thing (7 a.m.) on the day that you want to do the tour in order to get walk in tickets.

Good luck!

Usually 25 tickets release for a given time. Four groups of 6 and a single wipes out a time slot and this happens in minutes. You have to be ready at 1pm sharp two months out if you want a specific time.

The website is recreation.gov

Check "this tour company"... relatively inexpensive for just Pearl Harbor. We used them in September & were very happy with the service. Hotel pick up & drop-off was included in the price.
