Our friends are on the Caribbean Princess and we sent them shipboard credit with a birthday message. This is day 3 of the cruise and they still have not received it. I have called 1800 Princess 3x, and each time have been told that they emailed the ship and that is "the best they can do" I find this very unacceptable. Our friends have gone to the desk and inquired from their end and have been told "there is no record of this" I only told them about it because they emailed me and I asked if they received it. We got flowers and other things delivered to our room and there were no cards on them.. We had NO way to know who had ordered them. They told us that if people order on line there is no way to track gifts. It is a private company that supplies these items.They had record that we got them but no idea who sent them. Does not make sense at all. Do you have a TA that can help you?
