Kiwi_cruiser Posted June 3, 2015 #1 Share Posted June 3, 2015 I am coming to Scotland in August 2015 till September 2015, and I was wondering if I would have any chance of seeing any cruise ships, while I am there? :)

Worldwidewanderer Posted June 4, 2015 #5 Share Posted June 4, 2015 There are a lot of ships visiting Greenock, the list can be found on the Clydeport web page. Briittania is due soon, and of course QM2 has just visited, I was lucky as I was in board! Saga and Fred Olsen plus other lines, its a rapidly growing in numbers port! Sanjam cruisers Posted July 22, 2015 #9 Share Posted July 22, 2015 (edited) Hi Kiwi cruiser There are a number of cruise ships calling at Greenock during August, the two biggest are Celebrity Sillouette on 18th 7.00am till 6.00pm and Royal Princess on 19th from 7.00 am until 2.00 am on the 20th this will be to allow a trip to the Royal Military Tattoo in Edinburgh. Both ships will berth at Ocean Terminal if you get up early and go down to the esplanade you will get a good view of the ships arrival. I would also recommend you call in at the esplanade cafe(at the container terminal end) of the esplanade for an ice cream, it's excellent. If you go onto the Inverclyde Now website there is a full list of cruise ship calls at Greenock for the year. Have a great holiday.
