Mini suite question

We are booked in an AB mini suite on the new Caribbean Princess. Is it true that the balcony has no roof?

That is true. The only covered balcony, mini-suites are cat AD on the Emerald deck.

Do the Dolphin decks get windy while underway?

They are a little windy, but because of the high partitions on the side that separates you from your neighbors balconies, not a windy as one would think.
