Carnival Breeze 8/13/2016

I'm currently booked on this cruise and received an email from Carnival stating that the Breeze is moving to Galveston, TX (5/2016-11/2016). The Carnival Splendor is our ship now and I wanted to know what everyone's thought is abt this change. I just hope that the Splendor receives the 2.0 upgrades by then.

Well she won't be the Breeze even with 2.0 stuff.

 

I would not want to make that change for me or my family, we just had a fantastic cruise in April on Breeze.

I have not been on the Splendor, but that change does not exactly seem to be "like for like"... Are there other options available? I guess the important part is to realize that either way it will be a good time. Enjoy it, whatever it turns out to be ! :) Hope you have a great time.
