Luggage Storage Venice Airport?

Hi

 

Does anyone know if there is somewhere to store your luggage at Marco Polo Airport? - We will be disembarking Constellation mid morning and have evening flights. Our plan is to use the people mover then jump on the bus to get to the airport.

 

Also, if we can store the luggage there, is there much near the airport to do?

 

Sorry never been to Venice and don't fancy sitting at the airport all day so any help/suggestions would be very much appreciated.

It makes no sense to go out to the airport, there's luggage storage right in Venice at Piazzale Roma, which is the same place where you'd get either the bus or a taxi to the airport when you're ready to go there. There's nothing to do near the airport - stay in town and enjoy Venice.
