Getaway Noodle Restaurant - lunch???

Is the place that they just added to the free menu (Noodle bar) open for lunch on the first day? I heard that Flamingo is open and the buffet, was wondering if this was open at noon when we board the ship?

Flamingo Grill, the buffet, O'Sheehan's and usually one of the MDR's are open for lunch.

No, they no longer serve lunch... it's now dinner only which is sad. I loved going there for lunch!
