Valor or splendor

I am planning my cruise for next summer what ship is better the valor or splendor? I like both itineraries any opinions would be helpful.

We liked both, but if all was equal as in price/itinerary, I would go with Valor. We had a great cruise on Valor and remember it fondly. I don't think either have 2.0 yet.

I don't know about the Splendor, but the Valor goes into dry dock this spring for the FunShip 2.0 upgrades.

SPlendor is going into drydock in March. DId Valor about 9 yers ago, doing Splendor in December. Much depends upon what you like to do etc. I've taken over 15 cruises on HAL, CCL, RCL NCL Princess and Costa on a variety of ships both large and small. Each has its plusses. Unless a disaster or illness strikes, every cruise can and should be a good one. Enjoy

Only thing with the Valor is trying to find stuff is very confusing just how you have to walk up stairs than down to get some places

I liked Splendor better than Valor. But we typically cruise for itinerary first, ship second.

Do you have a source for this? I'm going on the Valor August of 2016 and would be ecstatic if it had the 2.0 upgrade! :D

I'd go with the Valor, liked the Splendor, but I think Valor had a better time.
