Cabo beach resort - need advice

Haven't had much luck with "Ports of Call" board, so I'll try here.

Is there a resort in Cabo that let cruise pax use their beach/facilities for a day?

We are looking for a nice swimmable beach not very far from the pier (short cab ride).
