wxcrawler Posted September 1, 2015 #1 Share Posted September 1, 2015 My wife and I have booked our 3rd cruise for next year on the Breeze, so we're still newbies. We're bringing our 10 year old son this time, and he's so excited. We chose to do Early Traditional Dining. I figured as a party of 3, we will likely be seated with other groups at a larger table. Does anyone know if Carnival tries to seat families with kids with other families with kids when they group people together? Or is it just a random draw? Thanks! cruisingautiger Posted September 1, 2015 #2 Share Posted September 1, 2015 My experience would indicate that they do try to put kids of similar ages together. The last 3 cruises that we opted for assigned dining we were seated with families with children that were within 2-3 years of my sons age.
Doctorsbaby Posted September 1, 2015 #3 Share Posted September 1, 2015 It's been hit or miss for us. One cruise we were sat with another family of 3 that had a daughter a few months older than ours. It was perfect, the girls played together and the adults got to chat. Another time we were sat with 2 family's that had kids ages 10-16 but our daughter was barely 4.
