If so, would anyone that has sailed lately and has attended those classes tell me at what time they started, what type of classes were they and for how long each class was. Thank you. cookienadal Posted September 15, 2015 #2 Share Posted September 15, 2015 I was on August 30 sailing. The morning classes taught by an instructor were stretch (yogaish) and abs class. The abs class was pretty tough but crunch based not more recently discovered exercises. They were both 30 minutes each. These were the freeby classes. Did not do any paid classes.
