Is 'The Planner' unique to Navigator or do all RCI ships have it?

When looking at compasses for the NOS posted on this board, I came across 'The Planner', a summary/schedule of each day at sea, which is really helpful for an overview of the entire cruise week for our upcoming navigator cruise. Is this something new? When and how is it distributed?

 

My 1st RCI cruise was last year on Allure and I don't recall seeing 'The Planner', (only got the compass every day) - maybe I missed it, as I missed several things on that 1st cruise! Not enough time to see and do everything, and didn't know enough to search for or ask some of the right questions...good reason to cruise on the Allure again :)

When I have seen it, it has been with the papers introducing the crew and such when you first arrive in your room.

It varies, I've seen it at check-in, near Guest Services, and in our stateroom.

On the Navigator in August it was in the cabin with the first days compass.

 

I miss it when it's not there. I hang it on the wall for quick reference. I highlight shows we want to go to and add dinner reservations / excursions.
