Do you get cash back if you do not spend it all on the cruise?

yes, the last night of the cruise- or at any point in the week for that matter. You can go to the pursers desk and request to get money back from your card. If you do not- you'll get stuck in the AM of departure in large annoying lines. The same applies to the night before. My advic:rolleyes: e is to get the money back early in the day or during dinner hrs before the lines get long, keep a couple bucks for farwell drinks that night and go enjoy your last night!
