Taxi from Hou to Bayport

Will be arriving at Hobby and need taxi to Bayport. Should we just go to the taxi line or reserve a taxi ahead of time? and if so, with what taxi service?

Plan on arriving morning of cruise I know but this is in April.

We stayed in a Hobby Airport area hotel last year the night before our cruise out of Bayport. I had read that one of the best-priced taxis was Pasadena Taxi. We used them to take us to Bayport (on a Sunday morning) and for our family of 4, the fare was $50 + tip. We used them again upon our return to take us to Hobby and the fare was around $60. (The driver gave us a choice of routes.)
