Allure of the Seas Formal Night/Lobster Night Question

We are leaving in a few weeks out of Port Everglades. 7 days; Nassau, St Thomas, St Maarten.

Wondering...

1) When are formal nights?

2) Are suits (for men) required or are dress paints/collar shirts ok?

3) Is there a lobster night? If so, what day?

4) On other then formal nights, what is their dress code in the dinning rooms?

Thank you

Mike

1. Nights two and six.

2. You dont have to wear a suit. dress pants and collared shirts are fine

3. Lobster night on night 6. Friday on your cruise. Sea day

4. There really isnt a dress code. It says no shorts but you will see plenty. Prohibited items are tank tops (men) ball caps and bathing attire.

1) Can't say for sure having not been on Allure, but on Oasis' run of that same itinerary it was the second night (after departure from Nassau) and the sixth night (first sea day after St. Maarten)

2) I don't know about dress paints but dress pants are OK ;). Paints might be OK if they've sufficiently dried where you don't leave a stain on the chairs. :p Seriously though, suits are not required. Suggested and recommended, but not required.

3) Yes. That'll be on your second formal night (the Jasmine menu)

4) Dining room dress code is fairly relaxed/casual - no jeans, no shorts, no tank tops, aside from that, you should be good. Can't go wrong with a collared shirt and khakis.

There is absolutely NO rule prohibiting jeans from a MDR on a Royal Caribbean ship. Even on formal nights. Im betting large that the OP sees many shorts too.
