Cabin Crawls

Has anyone done a cabin crawl? I see roll calls talking about doing them and I know what it is. How feasible is it when some are in the YC? I know the staff really knows who's in the YC and so do other passengers there. So can you invite guest into your YC room, I'm assuming that's possible, share your mini bar but can't take them to the One Lounge, pool or pool bar?

Thank you! On my last cruise I was talking to someone when I was in Galaxy and they wanted to check out my room in YC... NOT HAPPENING!!

I just needed some verification.
