ACE parking lot or Imperial

Does anyone have experience with either of these parking lot at the port of San Francisco .

Looking at the map they seem pretty close to each other not sure if one is better than the other and which might be closer or easier to get to Pier 27 princess cruise lines .

 

Looking at some previous post on the subject no shuttle service but that was quite some time ago anyone with recent experience know if they know provide shuttle service .
