When I made my reservation the only dining option that the agent said was available was Open My Time. Can I keep checking with Cruise company? I"d prefer a Main Dining Room time. We have a group of 6, so we don't want to spend a bunch of time waiting for dinner.

Try to get on the waitlist for the dining you want. If that does not work, keep checking periodically. If you still don't get the dining you want, then go to the dining room as soon as you board and try to change there.
