The cashback site will just drop you through to the P&O website, where you make the booking.

 

Cashback websites are notorious for not paying, claiming that your purchase did not 'track'. Since there seems to be an infinite number of organisations that being a member of or customer of that will give you a code that guarantees a 5% discount with P&O, I would go that route.

I have used Quidco for a cruise booking & have recieved payment. Took 5 months but still worth it as far as I'm concerned. True that some purchases dont track but I just file a claim & never had a problem getting paid. I would definitely recommend it. Its a simple transaction for free cash so nothing to lose.
