Chef's table menu

Does anyone know when this menu changes? We enjoyed this experience last March and would love to do it again but want to try the new menu. If I recall correctly, they told us the menu changes once a year, but when is the change?

It's more like a change every "couple" of years. I think it will be at least another year with the current one which was just posted.

 

Looking at an early 2017 sailing on the Vista - hopefully it will be new again by then!

So soon? Perhaps they're trying to rotate them more quickly now. I know the first couple incarnations of the menu were in place for at least two years each.

 

Or... perhaps they've had the current menu longer than I'm aware ! :)

I'm pretty sure the current menu went in to effect sometime around October of 2014. That was when I did it and the chef told us they had recently changed it. It's nice to see that they are changing it faster now.

Darn, I hope not. I had this menu last April and have it booked again this March when I am cruising with my adult children, their spouses and a couple of friends who have not had the experience. I bought the table for my kids and their spouses for their Christmas present. I loved the current menu. Had the earlier one, also, loved it as well.
