4j or OV deck 1 ???

I am trying to decide if I should switch cabins and need your advice. Right now we have 3 in an OV on deck 1 of the Sunshine. I can add another person and them be a NO SHOW on cruise day and save $120 and move to a 4J on deck 3... I tried to get that room when I booked and PVP said I couldn't do it unless I paid for 4 and did a no show. At the time it would have cost me MORE so I just booked an OV. Now I am undecided. My OV is in the very middle which will be convenient, and of course 4J is forward. I am also wondering if I keep the OV I might get more price drops and save even more. I like the 4j because I am a smoker and it is very close to the smoking area, it has a fridge in it, and also has a window.. I am wondering if it will have more noise from the theater/lounge?? I hate making decisions..LOL.. Someone help me please...
