Warm Breezes Posted February 1, 2016 #26 Share Posted February 1, 2016 We haven't done that yet. I always try to get something different (ship, a port, embarkation port). We have sailed the same ship with different ports and had the same ports different ships. If the price were right I would possibly consider it but we usually like a little change at least. Rare LMaxwell Posted February 1, 2016 Author #27 Share Posted February 1, 2016 Wife isn't thrilled with the idea just because she wasn't crazy about the ship (Victory). The cost is low, but she'd rather put the money towards a longer cruise and / or new ports. Hard to argue with that. Released the courtesy hold, but still plenty of time to change minds again. If it was a ship with all the 2.0 upgrades I think we would have bit.
Capo Capitan Posted February 1, 2016 #28 Share Posted February 1, 2016 I'm guilty of this a lot. My home port is Baltimore. Baltimore has been operating pretty much the same itineraries for 6 years now. Either Port Canaveral/Freeport/Nassau, or the Grand Turk/Half Moon Cay/Freeport or Nassau. They used to do 7-days to Bermuda, but it has been a while. I did book one of the rare 8-days out of Baltimore for later this year. Gives you a full-day at your final port-of-call compared to the dreaded 8am - 1pm stop.
figdu Posted February 1, 2016 #29 Share Posted February 1, 2016 I did the Breeze 6 day as a solo last January and rebooked the same one for Last June so DW could sail her as well.
sandij Posted February 1, 2016 #30 Share Posted February 1, 2016 Way back when we first started serious cruising we did the Imagination to Mexico and had such a good time we booked the same itinerary and ship for the following year and took our sons. It was so much fun to watch it through their eyes.
