I booked my cruise online and went in to add my mother as the second person but it tells me that I can't change the last name, any ideas? Thanks Shelly

Did you book your mother as the 2nd person to begin with or someone else?

if you booked someone else and are changing it...its a $50.00 name change fee.

No when I did it on carnival.com. It ask how many rooms (1) and then how many people (2) then it asked for my info. No info on second person. It shows my name as number 1 and TBA (my last name) as second. When you try to edit second guest it won't let me change last name. Thanks

you may have to call a carnival rep. im not sure how to fix that.

Pick up the phone and call Carnival's 800 number. The rep you talk with can take care of it for you.

 

BTW, the system thinks that TBA is a actual name like Mary or Sally.

I had the same issue last week. I found it very strange it wouldn't let me add both guest names before deposit. I called carnival and explained to them what happened and they had no problem with correcting the issue
