Yes, massages are available on Reduit to the right of Spinnaker. Yes banana boats rides are available as are jet skis, parasailing, etc., right off the beach. Can't miss them.

And from your other post, yes restrooms are available at Spinnaker for those who patronize the place or for $1, also the yacht club may have restrooms available for small fee.
