Shuttle to Pier 2 from Pier 21

I understand there is a shuttle that one can take from Pier 21 to Pier 2. Does anyone know what it looks like and where I might find it in case the ship doesn't dock at Pier 2 on turnaround day.

It only runs if there is a cruise disembarking that day that needs it

e.g. left from berth 2, and returned to berth 21.

 

At berth 2, it is next to the taxi dispatch -- which is on the ground floor

of the parking garage, on the west side.

 

At berth 21, it is next to the parking garage, which is a bit south of

berth 21. The crew bus(es) leave from the same place, so look for lots

of crew.

 

When there are several ships in berths around 21, the whole area

is super hectic, and there can be an hour+ wait for a cab.

There will be plenty of ground helpers and deputies to show you where to catch the transfer.
