When will access to the cruise planner become available, I wish to hook internet access and make speciality restaurant reservations.

No set time for various reservations to open. Keep checking the website.

You just have to keep checking. I've had it come available well over 100 days out but one of my cruises about 50 days out isn't available yet.

Oh ok thanks for that.. I read on other threads that 90 days seems to be the average ?

My cruise planner was fully available 90 days out. Shore excursions were available before that.
