We are new to Royal Caribbean. Anyone stay on the 3rd floor deck? We are staying in Room 3230. Can you hear the casino above us?

If I'm not mistaken the cashier would be above that room. With all the carpeting in the casino, I'd be surprised if you heard anything.

Nope no one has ever stayed on the 3rd floor deck !
