Taxi cost Puerto Limon Costa Rica to Jaguar Reserve

We are arriving Puerto Limon on Celebrity April 8, 2016 and want to connect with a horse tour in Puerto Viejo area. First we would like to get to the Jaguar Reserve.

Can anyone advise:

a. Cost of round trip taxi

b. With an 8 a.m. ship arrival can we make the 9:30 tour?
