Can we use cash OR our ship card to play slots in the casino on the Breakaway or only one or the other?

Doing a slot pull so was hoping to use cash for that. But primarily wanted to charge to my ship card most of the week.

They do both. You can put cash in any machine. You also can put cash on your ship card. They charge a fee...100 dollars cost 3 dollars...50 dollars cost 1.50...etc.

Side note, If you booked with a casino credit promo...you need to play the amount they give you. For example...if you got 100 casino promotional credit, you can not play 5 dollars of the 100 and cash out at 95. You need to play the 100...anything won above that you can cash out on.

Good Luck!

When I put my card into the machine, I could request an amount to put on my bill. I put in for 50 dollars and was charged the 1.50 fee.

Edited to add ...you have to put in your birth day and birth year...and create a pin number...the machine is very good at making sure you want what you ask for. For example, after typing in 50 dollars, it comes up asking for a confirmation on 50 dollars and you check yes. You can put in any amount...

Good Luck!

I used cash because if you use your room card it's a 3% fee. I actually won some money on the slots. I usually play table games but I wasn't feeling it this time. I'm so shocked I won. Cruise ship slot machines have never been kind to me. Glad my losing streak is over. I won all of the money in the wee hours on Friday morning.
