Question about WiFi and YouTube

I notice in the Wi-Fi plans, it states all plans exclude video streaming (such as Netflix or Hulu). I would assume that would include YouTube as well, but it is not specifically mentioned. I will be traveling with my nephew that as Asperberger's, and he loves movies and YouTube. We will be bringing his portable DVD player, just not sure if we should bring his tablet if we were not able to purchase the Wi-Fi app and stream YouTube. Long story short, anyone have any first hand knowledge about YouTube streaming on a ship or Sunshine specifically?

I was just on the Liberty and I purchased the Value plan, $60 for all week, and there's no way it would have been anywhere close to fast enough for streaming anything. A couple times I was able to do FaceTime, but it was spotty.
