DAYS 1–8 | CRUISE

Begin your Alaska adventure aboard Radiance of the Seas, enjoying a spectacular

sail from Vancouver to Seward on your 7-Night Northbound Alaska and Hubbard Glacier cruise.

DAY 8 | FRIDAY | SEWARD/ANCHORAGE/DENALI

After your cruise you’ll debark in Seward where you’ll meet your Adventure Specialist then and continue exploring Alaska. Board a

deluxe motorcoach and enjoy a scenic drive to Anchorage where you’ll have free time for lunch on your own or a short stroll around

the city. Then it’s on to one of Alaska’s most spectacular destinations, Denali, where you’ll spend a relaxing night.

DAY 9 | SATURDAY | DENALI/ FAIRBANKS

Begin your day immersed in Alaska’s magnificent wilderness on the Denali Natural History Tour.* Discover the beauty of taiga

forests and gaze at miles of rolling tundra while searching for the area’s indigenous wildlife. In the afternoon you’ll board the

Wilderness Express®, a glass-domed rail car, for a scenic ride to Fairbanks, where you’ll stay overnight.

*For an additional charge an upgrade to the Tundra Wilderness Tour is available through your Adventure Specialist.

DAY 10 | SUNDAY | FAIRBANKS

After breakfast, you’ll discover some of Fairbanks’ most acclaimed natural and historic landmarks on the Fairbanks City Tour. Then,

you’ll travel back in time to unveil Alaska’s gold mining history at Gold Dredge 8. The afternoon is yours to explore independently.

Enjoy a scenic stroll around town or consult your Adventure Specialist for activity ideas, including a visit to the Museum of the

North or a ride on the Riverboat Discovery. After, you’ll retire to your accommodations for your last night in historic Fairbanks.

DAY 11 | MONDAY | FAIRBANKS

After an incredible journey across the “The Last Frontier,” your Adventure Specialist will see that you are transferred to the

Fairbanks airport for your flight home.

This itinerary is conducted in reverse order of Tour 2A and offered as a pre-cruise option

 

 

Unfortunately- this isn't a real good tour choice, and most of your time is going to be in transit. Reading in reverse, you have 2 nights in Fairbanks, with the tour included. You board the train to Denali at 8am, get there around noon. You may have the option to upgrade your NHT to the Tunder Wilderness tour, DO so, if available, you aren''t getting into the park with what you have purchased.

 

You leave the next day for about a 9 hour bus ride, with a stop in Anchorage.
