Allure ultimate package fancy coffees

Sailing on Allure in June. I know Starbucks is not included in the ultimate package, but does Park Cafe or some other spot offer other frappuchino style beverages that are included?

 

Also, the 20% beverage discount was recently added to my sailing, but it doesn't list the ultimate package at all anymore. Any idea why or if I call I can get it?

Cafe Promenade and restaurants offer specialty coffees.

 

I would try calling, some have reported success.
