Better Late Than Never: Our Anthem Journey 21 February 2016

This wasn't even close to all of the food they brought us. It was crazy!

 

But it was soooo good.

Our final morning the sea was still calm and gorgeous:

 

 

The bumper cars had been shut down due to an outbreak of noro:

 

 

We were certainly glad we had done this early.

 

We did the Puzzle Break that we had scheduled early in the week:

 

 

It turned out to be quite a challenge and everyone, even the guy who decided to sit it out and watch, ended up contributing for us to solve the puzzle. :)

 

One of the events for Crown and Anchor member was a chance to meet the stars of the shows we'd seen for a Q & A:

The headliner for that evening was supposed to meet Anthem at one of the islands we missed. :(

 

Fortunately the regular cast of the shows stepped up and gave us an incredible show on the fly:

 

 

That evening we also went to the Red Party:

 

 

And ended the evening with the gang at the casino bar:

 

 

All too soon it was time to retire and wake up to the Worst...Panorama...Ever in Two 70:

 

 

Scott was feeling under the weather that morning so I drove home with him asleep in the passenger seat.

 

Five hours later we arrived safely with good memories of the good times we'd had.

 

Our consolation was that we'd be on Anthem again very soon for a 5-Night Bermuda cruise on September 17, 2016.
