Thomson Celebration Deck6,7,8

We've booked on Thomson Celebration for March and they have not given me a Cabin No. can we ask to book a Cabin? If so what one to ask for?

Have Cruised with P&O before 1st time with Thomson.

You can book a particular cabin, think it's £42 have only ever been in deluxe cabins on Celebration and they are all ok, although we have our particular favorite and will be on her again in September, you are obviously going to Dubai which we thought was good value for next year so have a great time we just love both the ship & Thomson😀😀

It's worth asking about restricted view. They are pretty good about telling you which ones are best when you ring to select your cabin.

Deck 6 is promenade deck so there will be people outside at times.

Deck 7 some lifeboats/ gantries.

There is a cabin review thread on here which may help as it mentions view or not. Our favourite cabin (on deck 7) is 151, the view is only slightly restricted by the bottom of a lifeboat in the top of the window.

Go for cabin 218,port side deck 6. It is massive,could hold a dance in it.

Both 114 & 115 are bigger but I must agree 218 is our favourite so please don't tell anyone😕 we couldn't get it for our next cruise even though we booked 18months in advance. Some people are concerned about the lift but the only problem we have is with the staff using the store room early in the morning😀😀

Mrs PC just reminded me that in February, Caribbean, we had a flood in 218 😕but the staff were great and we still had a fantastic cruise but it did take 3 days to dry out, Thomson were very generous.😀😀 and we would book it again.

Been in the suites on deck 8 and the windows look over the lifeboats, heard deck seven you get a slight view of the bottom of the lifeboats

Thanks to all who replied Have managed to get cabin 74 on 8th deck it has apparently got a restricted view unfortunately all the cabins with the unrestricted view have gone, the cost is now £45.

The cruise we have booked is Red Sea on the 13th March. again many thanks to all for replying
