Miss_Cruiser Posted May 26, 2016 #1 Share Posted May 26, 2016 We will be on Costa Fascinosa next saturday and when I log into Mycruise account there is still no cruise ticket (but boarding form is). Is this normal?:confused: It is written: "Sorry, at the moment it is not possible to download your cruise ticket. Your ticket will be available up to 21 days before departure and once the full amount has been paid." We paid full amount the day we booked it so I dont know what to do if there will be no cruise ticket? I contacted my TA and he said that next week there should be out, but I want them now:mad::D. malnik Posted May 26, 2016 #2 Share Posted May 26, 2016 There is no specific "ticket". The boarding form then comes with case labels and is all printed at home. If you have filled in all your details, ages, passport number or identity document number, ages and all this, that will then allow you to print the full pack of papers. There are lots! Did you get it meanwhile? I downloaded it last week, I believe. But I have another problem- cannot book drink package: "The operation cannot be completed. Miss_Cruiser Posted June 1, 2016 Author #4 Share Posted June 1, 2016 Finally, yesterday we got all the papers...we called our TA last week and on Monday we still didnt get them, so we called again, and they mailed all the papers (including the luggage tags). Kajira - Did you booked your cruise through travel agent or directly with Costa? Because I also noticed the same thing on the Mycosta account (maybe because we did not book a cruise directly with Costa?), but we will purchase everything on the boarding day.
