Mama Mona Lisa Posted August 7, 2016 #1 Share Posted August 7, 2016 I was wondering, if there is one person that is wheelchair bound in a party of 6 (all with different rooms), will they all be able to board the ship at the same time or will they have to board separately? Weluv2cruise2gether Posted August 8, 2016 #2 Share Posted August 8, 2016 (edited) We sailed on the Gem in March 2015 with my handicapped MIL. She was in a wheelchair. We had 4 in our party and a total of 3 cabins booked. All four of us were allowed to board at the same time. Plus, those in wheelchairs/scooters, etc were allowed boarding prior to the main rush of boarding.
