If so, it's a pretty well located hotel, large-ish, seems to get plenty of decent reviews. I haven't stayed there so I can't personally recommend it.

Rick Steves recommends it in his travel guide but I heard that it's located in a courtyard next to a govt. building where daily protest were being held. Not sure if this is still happening so you should check it out.
