Menu Order for Liberty (Cozumel/Georgetown/Falmouth)

Does anyone have the menu order for Liberty of the Seas for the Cozumel/Georgetown/Falmouth route? Trying to confirm that formal nights are days 2 & 6, and see if anyone knows the corresponding menus....

This was for Montego Bay, Grand Cayman, Cozumel:

 

Mojo, Saffron (Formal), Basil, Shiitake, Jasmine (Formal), Pimiento, Pomodoro

 

 

I don't know if it's the same when they substiture Falmouth for Montego Bay.

I seem to remember seeing a side note on the menu each night, when we were on the Freedom this past February. You could pay extra for a "Chops Grille" steak or a lobster tail. Seems like it was around $25. has anyone seen this? (It's not showing anywhere on the menu that's in the link.)

The menus usually have 3 extra cost items:

 

Chops Filet: $17

Whole Main Lobster: $30

Surf & Turf: $35

 

The prices may vary ship to ship.
