Can you get to Willie T's in Tortola?

I don't think you can get there on an excursion. I've sailed through the BVIs and been there, but Norman Island is a fair distance from Tortola.

They have ferries, but the earliest one leaves at 10:00 AM and the ferries are notoriously off schedule, sometimes they just don't run, so I would not recommend trying it, especially when you have such a short stop in Tortola.

Your full day in St Thomas would make more sense to try it then, but you need to clear customs into the BVI and that can be a slow process.

We had fun there, but I don't think it's worth all of the hassle. I would recommend going to White Bay and the Soggy Dollar and One Love through a ship's excursion, it's really great!

No excursion...

There are a few charters that will take you to Willy T's + some other places... maybe Pizza Pi, Angel's Rest... google them (they are probably a better stop than Willy T's).

You can try SunnySide Up Charters... they will pick up from either Tortola or St. Thomas (they are based in St. John).

There are quite a few similar charter companies... maybe you can get 5 or 6 people together to split the cost of charter.

There is an excursion...indirectly. The Catamaran Sail Away and Beach excursion includes snorkelling at the Indians, then on to Pirates Bight for some beach time. Willy T's is in the same bay as Pirates Bight, so you could just go over for a drink. Not sure you'd get more than hour though.
